David E. Bishop and Bishop Motors out of North Vernon Indiana is a Liar,Cheat,Ebay Scammer!!!
He sold me a tractor off of ebay that was misrepresented, we drove from the state of Illinois to pick up the tractor and it did not start or run!
I video taped the attempt to start but with fail, our 6 hour drive each way ended in a 12 hour hassle to deal with a car dealer that misrepresents items on Ebay!
This is what his add read on Ebay:

I called him on the day of the ebay auction and asked specific questions about the tractor, to find out the tractor is no where near the item description what so ever!
He offered to cover my fuel expense and so I scanned the receipts and emailed him,he played a phone tag game, and so I was now convinced of his continuous lies!
As I researched his name over the internet I find out he has scammed an airplane owner in the past here is the Rip Off Report:

I made a visit and found half the crew to be drinking on the job in the middle of the afternoon beer and whiskey bottles everywhere. David Bishop gets drunk daily around lunch time, from what I am told most likely to deal with his guilt. For those of you that have had bad experiences with David E. Bishop Aviation LLC you know precisely what I am talking about.
Spread the word don't let David Bishop steal your parts, your plane or your time and deliver you back if you ever get it back an un airworthy aircraft. David Bishop Aviation of North Vernon, Indiana phone 812-523-4488. Beware of the many misleading ads placed in barnstormers. Bishop has had several failed businesses and lawsuits, one was a used car lot in Seymour, Indiana and has a criminal record. He is currently being investigated by several agencies, two of which I have personally corresponded with. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PLANE TO HIM OR YOUR WILL BE ADDING TO THIS POST AND YOU WILL GET SCREWED LIKE HIS LAST TWO YEARS OF CUSTOMERS.

This Tractor was to be purchased for Children to have fun at schools not knowing I bumped into a North Vernon Indiana Ebay Scam Artist, Liar, Cheat and just a dis honest individual!!!!!!!!!!!
