On June 26th, 2008 I received court papers to serve on Kristen P. Dixon Shiffer for the Law office of David E. Kihyet Sr. I spoke with office staff Paige Cornelious and discussed the fee serving the papers regarding the court matter of Michael J. Dixon vs. Kristen P. Dixon Shiffer to be issued the same day in Chancery Court of Greene County, MS and same day service attempts to Kristen P. Dixon Shiffer.
The papers were issued and personally served and the proof of service was returned to Mr. Kihyet.
Since this time, Ms. Cornelius and I have spoken on several occasions in which she told me that the check for this service was to be mailed. To date I have not received any payment.
I have sent multiple past due invoices and multiple calls to Mr. Kihyet's office requesting payment.
