Ordered do do Rolls Royce Replica for my Chrysler 300, sent him down payment of $10000 to start the project, 2 days later Keith Shay the owner of RTR along with his people Alan King, John Grady asked for more money, I was sending a $1000 every week until all paid $19500 for the whole project, they have ruined my car, butchered it to nothing, then I paid $5000 to John Grady to finish the car, because Kith Shay started hiding and never answered my calls. All said and done the car is not finished and ruined by Rtr exotics, Kith Shay got the money and screwed me big time! He keeps updating his website, now he has different builder listed. They don't know what they doing, he only collected money, ordered Kit and butchered the car, $25000 later it's not done and don't know if it's even fixable. The biggest scam s*** ever. I have all the emails and receipts and no product. They were trying to put the kit together with styrofoam, cardboard, newspaper, bondo, fiberglass and dry wall screws

Well, it seems that Keith Shay is finally getting the publicity that he deserves.  I have spoken with Mr. Fletcher on several occaisions re; the mess with his car,  (which is a mess!).  Keith Shay took his money the same way he took $10,000.00 form me with no intent on repaying me.   Key word here, INTENT!

Mr. Fletcher provided funds to Keith Shay when asked under the belief that he was actually using them to pay for work to be done to his car.   This seems to be a continuing pattern of  ripping others off for money and not delivering a finished product,

Keith Shay recently had a default judgement against him for more than $86,000.00 from another customer that did not get a car completed either.

Not sure what this guy thinks he is doing by taking these monies from others without producing or  repaying  the loans.   It  should be criminal, but he hides in a little paperwork cave that keeps him out of jail.

I hope many others read this before they even think  about giving him any money.  Keith Shay is simply a cheap crook!  Thank you , Mr. Fletcher for posting this on Rip-off Reports as it gives more credibility to my earlier posting of RTR Exotics/Keith Shay , and reinforces this posting of yours.

Maybe, Sam,  yourself  and I can get together to collect our money from this man.
