David Gersten Gordon and Rees Impotent David Gersten can't talk in court Miami Florida

I hired David Gersten an attorney at Gordon and Rees to handle a litigation matter for me.  He talked a good game before I retained him assuring me that my matter was a slam dunk and that he was personally concerned about the injustice that had occured.  He said he would personally file the court papers and that he could get the matter before a judge within a couple of months.

He charged an enormous retainer and when I questioned why such a huge up front was needed because he was going to get my case into court immediately, he hemmed and hawwed and said he felt sure that I would be refunded a great deal of the money.

I funded the retainer and could not reach him as soon as the money was paid.  When I called his office, I was told a million excuses.  Months latter he resurfaced and all he did was schedule meetings with me that rehashed my case.  It was almost 8 months later after sloppy, childish documents were filed that we finally had a hearing.  The hearing was not even on the issues that I wanted resolved, it was on a watered down version.    When we got to court, David Gersten DID NOT SPEAK.   He nodded his head to everything the judge said.  It was very clear that a back door deal had already been made and that David Gersten and Gordon Rees had set me up and sabotaged me. 

When confronted, David Gersten attempted to extort more money for an appeal.  David Gersten has the attorney corruption racket down to a science. 

David Gersten is a fake lawyer.  He and his firm  Gordon and Rees are really seedy con men.  Never go near this firm - they need to close their doors.
