David Goodboy and Anna Pomeranets of PBHFA.org Palm Beach Hedge Fund Association Withheld compensation on advertising sales. Palm Beach Florida

I am one of the founders of the Palm Beach Hedge Fund Association [ pbhfa.org ] which serves the South Florida hedge fund market along with David Goodboy and his wife, Anna Pomeranets. Approximately three years ago, shortly after the site was launched, I was tasked with advertising sales for the website. I had sold a banner ad on pbhfa from a local WPB financial services firm in the amount of $2,500. Weeks went by before I noticed the ad on pbhfa.org's website. I had been told that the company had lost interest, but the ad was prominently displayed on our website! I took a picture of the ad and confronted David and Anna, who then informed me that yes, they did pay for an ad, and that I would receive 1/2 of the ad revenue [$1,250 to me] which, three years later I have yet to receive.
