I sold an iPhone on the website Swappa to this person, and he later filed a dispute on PayPal claiming the IMEI showed that the device was blacklisted (bad ESN) and that it was iClould locked.
I was able to provide PayPal with the original receipt, a screenshot showing the IMEI/MEID numbers were whitelisted and clean. I also showed them a screenshot of icloud.com/activationlock which showed the deivice was ready for activation.
Fortunately PayPal resolved my dispute, however I was surprised to see the number of victims reporting this persons address on the web. I hope this info helps a future reader.
