Hello my name is Estela mom of twin's . I met a Lawyer years ago by companionship service. Escor Service. Mr Shayne works for David Horowitz P.C. - the owner of the office refuses calls or any explanation . Mr Shayne Attorney who specializes in medical malpractice . And who mentally abuse me to the point of thinking to kill myself . Thanks to my doctors care , friends , I move on . But I think people like him would not have rights to be a lawyer . My medical condition is rare , delicate . The Attorney on mention , psychological pressure me . Sending pornographic e mails from his Manhattan office . Mentally abusing my minor children's with those pornographic e mails . I look for justice . On friday 11/30/12, on the morning, around 9 am. Mr Shayne ask to use my computer to look at the train schedule , LIRR . After my to tell him to report those issues . He's lock his self on the bathroom with my iPad . Open my gmail e mails , delete messages that could compromise him . Sex movies and pictures . That indicate that his were calculating knowing that this would be affected him . These delete messages could be recovered . At this time I wrote because I am unable to sleep or get any relief from an abysmal depression and panic attacks I was suffering as I fearfully grappled with Mr Shayne -Attorney , disasters and the consequences caused by him. So in large part I wrote in a pathetic bit of self-pitying and as I was often accused , rationalization. This is involved in the attorney disciplinary system appreciate your interest. I am seek fair, impartial, and vigorous enforcement of the Rules of Professional Conduct in the interests of the public and legal proffession.I do thank you in advance,

Dear Complainant:
What is the status of this complaint?
1. Was this accusation of alleged sending of pornographic materials by Mr. Shayne ever investigated?
If not, WHY NOT?
2. If so, was it an informal investigation by Lawfirm and/or an actual Police investigation?
3. What was the result of any investigations?
4. If theses accusations were unfounded as in there was no evidence to support these accusations and/or no witnesses other than complainant, has Mr. Shayne filed a lawsuit against Accuser for "Defamation of Character"?
If not,Why hasn't he?

Hello, my name is Estela mom of twin's . I met Mr. Douglas Shayne several years ago by companionship service ( Escort Service).
Mr. Shayne works as a Lawyer for " David Horowitz P.C." , the company which is specializing in medical malpractice.
Douglas Shayne was mentally abusing me to the point of thinking to kill myself .Thanks to my
doctors care and helps of my friends so I can move on with my life but still, my health condition is very poor . In my opinion, a person like him HAVE NO RIGHTS to be a lawyer . The Attorney was abusing not only me but also my teenage children by sending to them pornographic e mails from his Manhattan office .
On Friday, 11/30/12, in the morning, around 9 am, Mr . Shayne asked me to use
my computer saying that he just wants to take a look at the train schedule , LIRR . When I gave to it to him he grabbed the computer and locked himself in a bathroom so I couldn't see what he was doing in there. Soon after I discovered that Douglas Shayne opened my gmail box and deleted all messages that he thought could compromise him like porno movies and pictures he mailed to my children . He perfectly knew that those e-mails put him in jeopardy be but he didn't know that those deleted messages could be easily recovered .
My teenage children and I are still in shock. I am unable to sleep. I am experiencing severe panic attacks. I can't have any relief from an abysmal depression
as I fearfully grappled with Mr Shayne ,an Attorney , disasters and the
consequences caused by his actions.

I do have a prove and it is not just a cheap talk. Mr Shayne is going to be disbarred very soon for doing this to me and my teenage daugther.
