This guy is a piece of work! Plays the victim to anyone that will LISTEN!
He got his home by ripping off an elderly woman who was selling off her estate she inherited from her Aunt. She sold it for sale by owner. He came up to the house with the for sale sign in hand. He was very emotional saying he wanted the house, but could not afford a mortgage. He continued to come to the house, & badger the current owner. The owner caved, & gave the house to him on a promissory note.
I am sure you can all see where this is going. The house was never paid for, he claimed bankruptcy. This guy has been in jail multiple times, for DUI, Domestic Abuse, Theft, etc...
Stay far away from him... He loves to pull on your heart strings, & tell you how he has it so bad from his
"disability."
