Dave Connor is a charming, persuasive guy. I've known him for at least ten years. So when people warned me that he was a thief and a liar - I didn't listen. I should have.
It has been a couple of years now since we signed a contract with Dave Connor and Bridgewater Landscape (which is just him because he claimed to the state of California that he had no employees - another you-know-what), and all we have to show for it is thousands of dollars of unfinished work, plants that are not the plants called for in our plans, plants that have died because they were planted improperly, hardscape done so wrong that it will have to be re-done, cracks, gaps and a real regret for having listened to Dave Connor and believing anything Dave Connor says.
Bridgewater Landscape seems to have gone away, and now he says he has Connor Pacific Group. I wonder if his business methods will change. His web site says "in business since 1975." How many has he cheated in that time? We're trying to find out. Hopefully the DA will be interested.

This person has been filing fake reports all over the place even some on the same day only a couple hours difference. On these reports, he has been saying that he is a different person.
He has been making fake web sites to show how he doesn't like David Connor.
This person has been harassing David for a long time now. It has gotten to the point that we need to take action.
