David J. Sterns And Associates ripoff dishonest, criminal acts, lies to clients, lies to prospective new lenders, adds ridiculious fees, runs the clock in order to add more charges, delibrate stalling, and takes monies sent for reinstatements and does not tell the mortgage co. that you have met the requirments requested and allows them to file things with out sending the notices to mortgagee, instead send to ex-wife different address. David J. Sterns is an attorney whom represents several mortgage companys, he is a ruthless uncaring person who apparently has no problem sleeping at night knowing he is financialy, emotionally and unscrupously destroying peoples lives, just so he can make a few more bucks!!!
He deliberately left our name off of the service list in a forclosure knowing that it was illegal and knowing that he could get a judgment before we found out about it! He almost did it! If I had not been checking every day on the clerk of courts site and making calls to the court house he would have won!!! Their position on who they place on service list is this, "It is up to us who we notify, we chose to notify the ex-wife at her place of employment as she is still on the orginal mortgage. Even though they were aware that she no longer lived there!!
His office continues to lie and say things like "we never received the money we sent" My answer,"Excuse me, I have a signed receipt from so and so in your office", Oh, hang on, 12 minutes later you have to call back in the morning and speak to so and so! Next we start all over again! These people are handling both of our mortgage compaines forclosures and have taken upon them selves to tell the second mortgage how to deal with us. Our house is worth more than $100,000.00 in equity, that is what this is all about!!
Beware if you see his name on anything and be sure to make copies of all correnspondence and send everything with return reciept! And make sure you have all documented though the courts, it will cost money but it may help you in the end. Don't let them destroy you like they are trying to do to us!!!

as you can read we , are in a mess. let me warn all of you like us unsuspecting fools, THE MORTGAGE COMPANYS DO WANT YOUR HOUSE, AND THEY HAVE THE BLESSING OF THE COURTS!!!! We were forced to file 13 and try to find yet another lender. These people have lied to lenders and continue to file everything they can, and tell new lenders that we are 11 months behind in payments, funny since I have all of the reciepts showing payment even this last Jan.
NOW comes the fun. I was just found out that it is up to the bk. court to allow us to refinance. And guess what, the lenders, the attorney, and the bk court all seem to allow people to lose their homes!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Check out how many have the same names attached these reports it might surprice you or scare you like it does us!! Check out all information. if there is anyone filing a class action suite against EMC please find a way to contact me!!!!!!!
