David K. Swift David Swift, David K. Swift , theft of new Adidas Soccer Cleats, he bought them on eBay, paid for them, then filed claim with his credit car company stating they were defective, then kept the shoes and refused to send them back. Mount Pleasant South Carolina

On November 26, 2018 David Swift of Mount Pleasant South Carolina  purchase a pair of New Addidas Copa Soccer Cleats on eBay item # 142965001191 for 50.00. and paid via paypal.

The shoes were shipped to the address listed below.

Then Mr. Swift  fraudulently filed a complaint with his credit card company stating the shoes were defective and then refused to return the shoes. By keeping the shoes and getting his payment

back, I can only conclude the the shoes were stolen, and that this is theft. Some background, The cleats were new and the listing/sale was clearly listed as non returnable.

After the items shipped, Mr. Swift requested to cancel the purchase, he was told they shipped and it can not be canceled. David K Swift later filed complaint with his credit card company stating

the shoes were defective. He did not file a claim with eBay stating the items were defective. I dealt with eBay and with paypal who stated they were on my side of this transaction as David Swift

choose to go directly to his credit card company and did not provide any proof, images etc showing the new shoes were defective. His credit card company without and proof then refunds his

50.00 for the shoes. I reached out in an effort to resolve the issue prior to making this report by asking David K Swift that the  shoes be sent back, and explained that if they weren't send back

this is clearly theft of the shoes. David has not responed and has received his payment back fradulently, and has knowingly kept the product as, this is theft, the shoes were stolen,  and I would

warn anyone about doing business with David K Swift, this behavior indicates to me he is not honest, and may infact being doing this repeatly and the public should be warned about doing

business with David K. Swift.
