With the advice of their in office financial man (Clint Luby) David K. Hernley acting as Realtor, I was convinced of a good investment in investing $5,000 as a down payment for a home. The other investor was Mr. Hernley, who wrote up the contract to be a NON REFUNDABLE down payment. His credit did not carry (it was horrible, and Mr. Luby knew this) and my money was lost. I am a hairstylist, and that amounts to a lot of haircuts.
