He is a con-artist. He has attempted to con several people and has succeeded multiple times.

He was fired for "inappropriate" behavior.

There are several cases against him in Lee County FL and some in California and even more in Washington State (these go back to the 70's!) There used to be a posting on a psycho's site that listed all this information, but apparently he has paid to have these removed.

Has been married more times then he owns up to. His ex's figure he's been married at least 8 times. And although he has an STD, he doesn't tell the women he 'dates'/cons. They don't find out until after he's taken off with their cash and blessed them with his 'gift'.

He owes the IRS and California Franchise tax board back taxes. Probably Florida too. His house finally went into foreclosure in September 2009 after he made only one payment in the entire time he lived there.

I definitely wouldn't trust this guy with my name, let alone my money. He also has a very violent streak. One of the cases against him (in FL) is from him beating up the cable guy!
