A quick summary of events:
- Said he could get allocation on an ICO investment that was hard to get allocation on
- Took the Ethereum and claimed it would be used for the investment
- Sent the ETH to Binance to 'anonymize it', effectively hiding his tracks and avoid detection on the blockchain
- Strung the group along for over 60 days, lying, flaking on meetings, not fulfiling his fiduciary duty and effectively never returning the funds or the tokens he was SUPPOSED to send
- The agreement he apparently signed was completely fraudulent, used behind the back of the firm he was previously let go from
- Once we realized this guy was full of b*llsh*t we soon turned to the internet to expose this scammer for what he really is to stop others from falling prey to his manipulation and sociopathic behaviour
- He even went as low to THREATEN SUICIDE (disingenuously) in order to prevent the website from going live or taking it down. The police were soon contacted as it has never been our intention to lead anyone to suicide, as we think that is a HORRIBLE thing to do. All we want here is justice, we want this person to get locked up, have a record, and prevent anyone else from getting scammed by the pathetic, dishonest con-man that David Kerr III is

I have never met anyone in my life who has lied more than David/Dave Kerr III in my life. Not only is he a compulsive liar, he lacks morals and is a sociopath. He refuses to acknowledge the truth and believes in his own lies, lives in his own lies, and continues to lie each and everyday in his life.
Even his own family has disowned him. They don't speak of him in the family anymore. He's known as the "Con Man" in his very own family.
We may never see our money ever again, or 180 ETH, but we want to spread our message to the rest of the country and world in hopes of putting him behind bars one day for his crimes.

I was a victim to David Kerr III's ICO scam as well.
He said on 25 different occasions that he would transfer our money "today" or "within a day", and it never happened - for a different excuse every time.
When it became clear David no longer had our money, we told him we were going public with the situation, and he threatened suicide, and threatened us by saying that "I have written all the letters I need, provided Kevin with a home and every name I've known in your group will be under the investigation of my f**ing suicide and no I'm not even f**ing joking."
We immediately contacted San Francisco Police Department. He was contacted, and they immediately told him that this threat was a lie.
He also also threatened to tarnish the names of people who ARE NOT involved in the deal.
Basically all he does is threaten, threaten, threaten. Because he stole are money, as the original poster so aptly summarized.
Also, someone on the internet in New York who read about the scam took it upon themselves to call his grandfather and ask for details.
David's own grandfather said that he's a "blank" in his mind because he's a "con man". And warned the caller that "he's probably stabbed you in the back."

Just a little update to anyone who comes across this page that David Kerr III is now trying his best to conceal the truth by spending the money he stole on reputation management / SEO and flooding the SERPs with b/s using the keyword "David Kerr Scam" etc..
You won't silence the truth David.
