David Kiyoshi Arase loan midification scam attorney Costa Mesa, California

David Kiyoshi Arase is a loan modification scam artist.  His law firm solicits home owners having trouble making and preys on them.  His law firm makes promises and never follows up.  I was told that my package had been submitted to the lender only to find out that it had not.  His law firm lies and them attempts to blame the client.  UDC is a part of his law firm.  they are fradulent as well.  this company contacts the client and presents David Arase as a savior.  David Kiyoshi Arase charges $3499 and promises to refund the money.  I sent evidence that my case had not been submitted or worked on. 

I received a call from David Arase, saying that they were having financial problems and he would refund my payment, in full, shortly.  That was a year ago.  All of the phones are disconnected, the office closed.  He is a scam artist.  I have filed a compliant with the California Bar Association, but they still let him practice law.  this makes me wonder about this organization.  There have been numerous complaints against and about David Arase Law firm.  but he is still in business.
