Dave Lambert is a fraud.
He doesn't pay his employees ever!!! As soon as he get in debt to his employee a couple pay checks he then comes up with excuses not to pay you and changes his name and starts all over again he owes me Just over $2500. For work I did for him and another company he represented called Resicom Custom painting & Maintenance in Lemont IL. I did small maintenance repair at stores called: abercombie, Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister Co, Gilly Hicks, O'reilly Auto Parts, Ann Taylor, fixing various small issues. I have all of the signed work orders that show that I completed the orders.
Dave has let go previous employees prior to me after they have racked enough hours and have decided not to work any longer until they get paid . He then hires a new person gets them working and then doesn't pay them either.
Resicom the general Contractor subing these work orders out is at fault as well. they did not confirm that dave had kept his bond up to date. his bond has been expired and is operating illegally in the state of Washington.
Dave is now filing bankruptcy because he doesnt want to pay anyone. Resicom says that they have their payroll current and the he has been paid and there should be no reason for him to not be paying anyone I have an email from him stating that because I have stated if I dont get paid I am going to report him that he has now decided not to pay me and include me in his bankruptcy
This guy is definitely someone to stay clear of, He uses people and is a liar and a fraud.

I do some of the same work with Resicom and they payout consistantly. I have had great experience with resicom and no hassles. Thier system they have set up is responive and efficient. Sorry you work for a bozo, but in my experience, Resicom is above the board.
