David Manning is a fraud mortgage broker who takes upfront fees and lies to his clients telling then they have an approved loan and lets them wire upfront origination fees, appraisal fees etc and never pays them out to the lender or the appraisers. He does this making $50 to $100k each month from stealing. David Manning has a shell company called Rhema Investments LLC. Its a way he traffics his money without being caught by the feds. However, the noose is tightening. David Manning has never closed a loan in 25 years. He is an ex-con who is a drug addict with a mental condition. He fakes deadly deseases when people get ready to take him down just so he can get sympathy. Unfortunately no one has had the guts to take him down. This is where I come in.
