I approached David to assist me with a Civil Litigation - which he assured me he was giving his full attention to. Not only did he did he fail to showup to scheduled meetings, but he completely neglected to prepare for my case or justiry why I had paid the exhorbitant amounts that I had.

It was not surprising then to see other negative reviews about him online, let alone the fact that he has been previously suspended for similar activities!

I can't for the life of me understand how "lawyers" like this are allowed to continue to operate after such scathing reviews and a history of suspensions. My only hope is that I can warn a few others out there before they suffer the same fate that I did!
