David Mathew Rhone and wife Erin Zmayefski I bought a tire business from him based on all lies after the fact. He corhurs inducement to sell the business Chandler Arizona

     My wife and I had some money to invest and were interested to have something of our own.  We came across Chandler Tire LLC place for sale through the owner David Mathew Rhone.   He didn't have the sale book to show to us for incomes due to so he said a lot of cash flow.  He told us he was grossing anywhere from 15 to 30 thousand monthly. Also that the property was free and clear with no liens and owed nobody nothing.

     We got side blinded, and thought it would be a good opportunity for us to put our hard work money to work.  All along the transition, he made many promises to help improve the building for better business as follows fix lighting fixures, electrical wiring, pour a concrete slap that needed to be done for body shop and he would be around to help with anything as far as running the business.

     After he took our 60,000.00 dollar cashier check, he stopped answering our calls or texts.  When he was pressured to do the concrete and other repairs he came back said that it was not in contract and that the pormises were only because he was trying to be nice to us.

     Then he put his wife who was not on the contract to take over, She would texted us and threaten to evict us for cleaning, fixing, and painting the building for better business.  He has refused to face us, instead he puts his wife upfront.

     After 5th month into the buseniss, we releaized there was no income and there isn't a way for us to make the 3000.00 rent starting in August.  And being that he said he would buy the business back if we couldnt make it. I informed him and he refused to take action.  We had no choice but to sue him for corece inducement and breeching the contract by all his lies.

     Come to find out, David Rhone, owed a lot of money to many people.  They have mailed and called us here at the business, and my wife works very hard in handling with them.  We kept David informed about it, and his wife again threaten us.  When he told us that he owes to no one and that he was free and clear. We have talked to alot of his creditors and they are starting to take action and have collection agencies pursuing his debt.

     After he got served, he continues to have his wife come to the building to take photos do inspection when she isn't the landlord.  He has been running away from the situation. It appear being that he is in denial to the situation.         

All his creditor are sending us letter to help us in court. We need your help in this urgent matter.
