On August 30, 2011, a $3750 wire transfer was completed from my bank to David McDonald as a down payment on multiple machines. The bank officer contacted Mr. McDonald prior to the wire for confirmation on the delivery of the machines. David was very detailed about how the money order could not have his name or "McDonald Vending" on the wire. It was addressed to Rachel McDonald. Machines were not delivered and many excuses were generated from Mr. McDonald and at times he assassinated my character for wasting his time. He stated that the $3750 would be refunded in full by December 25, 2011 with interest paid. ("I want to make this right with you and your family before Christmas.") So far, I have received nothing. Please feel free to contact me if anything can be done to stop this from happening to others.

patrick mcginty is a person who wants to do malicous harm to people. he paid me a down payment for vending equipment and the deal fell apart for several reasons.
the point is that Patrick McGinty and ABC refreshments are whole and owed nothing.
Why is it that this man is doing everything from being a major liar to a total child.
He needs to spend his time on his family and his business not on me.
Patrick please go read a book or find something productive to do. Your slander is getting old. The fact that you write the same thing 17 times is several venues does not strengthen your position. People think you are foolish.
Last but not least, the author of the consumer comment portion is Patrick not Jessica!!!
Patrick grow up and find someone else to bully. You are a child!

8 months later you get paid back ? how did you get money back ?
reading the other RIPOFF Reports on here they are still chasing this guy.
seems to me if everyone got together to press legal action and stop this scammer .
