I hired Dave Carlin to clean two of my pools.  My personal residence as well as one of the pools at a rental property. In the beginning Dave was doing the pools himself.  After about 3 months he had and employee start maintaining the pools and we started having issues with the service.  The employee wouldn't show up.  He wasn't putting chemicals in the pools and the pools were green.   I told Dave about the problems and he kept indicating that he would personally come over and correct the chemicals and make the pools right for us.  In the beginnig of January, 2014 my 9 month old daughter became ill with a water born bacterial infection.  Later I found out it was from Dave's negligence that my daughter became sick. After a few months of a green pool and a pissed off tenant that couldn't use the pool or spa I hired a different company to come out.  There were ZERO chemicals in the pool.  Dave had not put any chlorine, acid, conditioner, or salt in the pool.  ZERO.  The new pool man also tested for bacteria and the water came back positive for E. Coli.  Dave's negligence has cost me over $8,500 to have our pools drained, acid washed, refilled and start up chemicals, not to mention a trip to the hospital with a very sick newborn baby.  Dave should be ashamed of what he has done to me and my family.  Nope.  Instead he decides to sue me because I refuse to pay for service that never happened.  Do not under any circumstances use this guy.  He is a crook and he doesn't care who he harms in doing so to save a buck.
