I was wrongfully accused and jailed!  I really needed an attorney, and unfortunately, I turned to this firm for help.

I paid them their full asking price for services "up to trial", and recieved a retainer to that effect.

They showed up late to pretty much every court date that I was at... sending a nice, yet inexperienced and unprepared young man, only after I called to inform them each time...

it took days to get a return phone call, if I got one at all.    But that is fine... I am not angry about the laziness and lack of concerne over just - little ol' me.

BUT, then I paid a second (large) fee for "the trial". and I requested a retainer for this work, and I was promised one, and I reminded them in writing and in person more than once... but I never got a retainer, bill, invoice, nothing! ...and then the case was dismissed immediately following, and so there was never a trial or a need for more services after the prepaid "up to trial" services, persuant to the signed retainer.

I tried to get a refund, and I was FULLY blown off. 

My calls for a refund were placated, and then merely transeferd to an unproffesional "cell phone" voice mail of "a guy" that never called back, not once...

I told my credit card company that I was due this refund, and this attorney had not provided the trial service they billed for, and this attorney has lied to them stating they rendered services for a trial that never happened.

I warn you now.  hire someone else.  you deserve better than this firm.
