David Sandoro Harsan LLC Hired to remodel houses and then failed to pay for work completed Longboat Key Florida

David Sandoro hired me to work on houses that he owned here in Lansing, Michigan, starting the week of Thanksgiving 2016 for 10 weeks. Payments were intermittent. Beautiful work included sanding down wooden doors and floors bringing them back to original glory. Photos used to rent out house showed what beautiful work that we did. We stopped work at end of March 2017 since we supplied invoices and hadn't received payment. After we pulled off the job, Sandoro claimed that we did shoddy work yet not once did he complain about the work in fact he wanted us to come to Florida & work on other houses that he owned in addition to houses he owned in Lansing. 

At no point was anything ever brought to our attention of work not being up to standard, with the exception of the peal and stick tile in the mud room of the home. This was addressed since the concern was raised by myself to his assistant/manager named Darryl at the time that project was completed that since that room had no direct heat and it was an elevated room with very little insulation below the floor that those tiles would not adhear correctly or for very long, since the adheasive used on those tiles are of poor quality. Darryl told me that that is what was wanted installed and the subject was closed at that point until a later date, when the tiles started to come loose.

Numerous things were done for free for Mr. Sandoro which included snow plowing his large lot for 3 houses, removing all debris in another home of his, shutting off the water in his basement that was flooded due to a busted pipe in the middle of winter, etc. He admitted that he owed us money, but refused to pay, even when I told him that the three thousand dollars owed was mostly for materials used in his home.
