Do not do any business with David Schweibish. David Schweibish sold me a house and then let it get foreclosed on. I purchased a property from him under an agreement that we would pay him off over time. Well after months of sending him timely payments the property went into foreclosure as he pocketed all the money and defaulted on the mortgage he had taken on the property. He stop all contact once the foreclosure started. He has ripped off myself and my family as we put our money into rehabbing the property and now have to find a place to move. He claims to be a foot doctor practicing in Illinois. Do not hire him as he is a dishonest theif.  Do not do any real estate with him because this is not the first time he has done this. He has many foreclosures and he cons innocent people who are just looking to own a home for their family.  David Schweibish is a scumbag lowlife con man. He also goes by the name of Dariyah Peretta who he claims is his girlfriend. Dont trust either one of them.
