Used this Crook David Seplveda from Alicante, Spain to video tape an event I was doing, he consistently changed his prices and said one thing and did another.

I had a movie premier I was doing and he showed up shot the video and over charged me by 10.00 MORE THAN the normal fee, I said no biggie cause it was last minute but I brought it to his attention. He was suppose to email me the videos when he emailed them they were BLANK VIDEOS, I explained to him that I needed the footage to get paid and credit by the networks. He was late, and it did not work out, he proceeded to tell me that its my fault my computer has problems why the videos where blank.

I then met him with my computer to upload the videos, guess what, THE VIDEOS WERE STILL BLANK! he obviously scammed me and then when I displayed being upset HE TOLD ME TO SHUT UP! WHEN I TOLD HIM HE WAS LYING THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY COMPUTER THAT EVEN YOUTUBE WOULD NOT ACCEPT THE VIDEO FILE BECAUSE IT WAS MP3 FORMAT HE TOLD ME I WAS WRONG AND WAS NASTY AND COMBATIVE! he THEN SCREWED UP THE ITUNES ON MY COMPUTER BY TRYING TO FORCE IT TO work on Videos that were obviously NOT Videos..

HE THEN PROMISED HE WOULD GIVE ME BACK 25.00 FOR BEING LATE AND THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, HE GOT HOME GOT THE MOVIES ON YOUTUBE THEY WERE WORKING, IT WAS THE HOLIDAYS SO WERE NOT IN CONTACT BUT I HAD ACCESS TO SOME OF THE FOOTAGE BUT NOT ALL. SCROLLING THROUGH THE FOOTAGE I SAW WHERE HE DELETED THE FOOTAGE OFF OF YOUTUBE LEAVING ME WITHOUT THE VIDEO AGAIN, I EMAILED HIM AND SAID HE WHERE IS THE FOOTAGE AND THE 25.00 HE ASKED FOR MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO GIVE ME THE 25.00 AND NEVER SENT THE MONEY. TILL THIS DAY I STILL DONT HAVE MY FOOTAGE!

THE NEXT DAY HE SAYS BECAUSE OF MY BAD ATTITUDE HE WAS GOING TO KEEP THE 25.00! AFTER WRITING AND SAYING HE WOULD GIVE IT BACK AND AFTER GIVING HIS WORD THAT HE WOULD HE THEN SAID I WOULD HAVE TO TRAVEL TO HIM! TO GET MY FOOTAGE..

BEFORE THIS I INQUIRED ABOUT MARTIAL ARTS SERVICES HE GAVE ME ONE PRICE AND THEN JACKED IT UP AFTER.

THIS SHADY WHACK JOB GUY LACKS CHARACTER, RESPECT FOR WOMEN, AND INTEGRITY AND OBVIOUSLY OUT FOR A BUCK HOWEVER HE CAN GET IT, HE IS CHEAP, SHORT, AND HAS A SERIOUS COMPLEX AND A THIEF! BE WARE HIS MODELING AGENCY IS NOT LEGAL OR LEGITIMATE AND ITS NOT LISTED LEGALLY ANOTHER SCAM!

Recieved a letter from Daisi Pollard threatening me! Warning me that I need to cease and desist naming her company MODEL HOUSE TALENT as the name that Dave Sepulveda used when doing business with me and my media company..

The funny thing is, I got the cd's from David Sepulveda almost a month later when it was shot and on top of this, one cd was broken, and on top of that it was returned receipt from where? MODEL HOUSE TALENT! SO Why email me a nasty cease and desist letter and say your company has no dealings with what Dave did to me and my company, when the correspondence I recieved from DAVID SEPULVEDA IN US MAIL WAS FROM "MODEL HOUSE TALENT"

LET THIS BE KNOWN, "I NEVER DID BUSINESS WITH "DAISI POLLARD" and I have no problems with her whatsoever, however DAVID SEPULVEDA USED HER COMPANY NAME WHEN ISSUING CORRESPONDENT WITH ME IN US MAIL AND BEFORE HAND AS WELL..AS HIS COMPANY, and yes I said, I never knew him to legitimatley OWN A MODELING COMPANY SO IT MUST BE A SCAM!

more proof David Sepulveda is a dishonest character. Why use a company name for correspondents that you don't own???
