An update from our previous report. We relentlessly hounded this guy, leaving messages all hours of the day, sometimes every 30 minutes for days on end, emailed him constantly, went out to the place many times, left notices taped to his door, filed a police report (found out there are many many others just like us), we've emailed a bunch of motorcycle shows to warn them (he's already been turned down for the show in March in Toronto - thank goodness!). He's definitely in hiding, you can never catch him at his home or "supposed" business.

There is no business, there are no tracks in the snow around any of those shops!. He actually answered his phone once (we think by accident) and then he pretended he was his nephew in Timmins (saying that David must have forwarded his calls) - sounded like David!. He even pretended like "someone" tried to deliver the parts to Mary's work two days in a row (less than 10 minutes from his place of business), but then after two days left a message for us that they tried but she was unavailable -a lie, she never left the building hoping the part would show up.

He finally left a message saying we could pick up the part during business hours Tues-Fri 10am-5pm, so we immediately started emailing back, and phoning and leaving tons of messages, confirming we would be there on Tues. Mar.4th/08 at 4:00pm. He never confirmed, we figured it was another goose chase, but knew we had to try. Surprise - he was there, at his house, waiting outside with our parts - but no vehicles in sight (he's been hiding them, the Harley Davidson truck, and the burgundy Escalade).

He claims to have nothing to do with the business, he just rents space to the company!!! He's got balls! He owns the motel up on the highway, which is the address they use for the company. There is lots of activity there and at the house with people driving in and out trying to get him to get his parts back. Don't give up, keep the pressure on! Lets run this guy out of business. We are now putting the pressure on to get our money back! DON'T GIVE UP !
