David Stanley Ford ripoff car lot they don't keep to their part of the deal and you don't get all of what you pay for oklahoma City Oklahoma

My wife and I bought a 2003 mercury sable for David Stanley Ford of Oklahoma City OK back in Sept.
They filed a dulipict title on our 94 plym. grand voyager van before the contract ever went though. Thus making my originale title invalid. They came to my house knowing we where not home and we told them not to come while we were gone. They got the van but dug up the yard with their flat bed trailer. They called me to ask where the keys where and why it was locked up.

I said we told you not to come then we where not home now get off my property. They took the van but as they did they broke the windshield and broke off the drivers front tire and digup the yard. This was way before they even had any lenders even remotelly close to loaning us the money for the car. Two weeks later a compeny called me asking for more info on us for a possible loan, but even they said we weren't approved yet. But the car lot insisted we were apporved.

They didn't tell us the car was wrecked before and that there was only one key and another key would but $100.00. We also paid for a pre-cerified ford warrenty that was supposed to include a full tank of gas - an oil change -125 point inspection - and new windshield wipers blades.

We got nothing. The oil was black and two quarts low. The gas light was on and ran out of gas as I pulled into the gas station. The windshield wiper blades where old and dry rotted.

I have called repetedly on this the only thing they have done is pay just $80.00 for a key and 280 for the yard repair that I had to do my self before they paid or we and my 4 kids were getting to be evicted from our house do to the yard being damaged . My back is fractured and they knew this. but I had to do it or we would have been homeless OVER A CAR LOT.

WE signed and paid for the warranty. And they owe us this by law but they refuse to fix the problem. This is now dec 22 2004 and they still won't call me back or anything.

I called to talk to David Stanley himself and he won't talk to me. Their TV ad says qoute "We Have 100% customer satifaction"

I called the OK tax commion. They said they had a lot of calls for the samething on David Stanley Ford and the lady I talked to there said her daughter even has filed on David Stanley Ford for the same basic stuff.
