 David Stanley Jeep in Midwest City, OK is a criminal organization. My Wife and I went to buy a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Summit on February 1st 2014. Went in and got a Salesmen test drove and loved it. Waited to go into Finance and that’s when it started after 5 hours of being moved around. They purposefully where you out to sign what they print off to get you without them going over anything. When I got Home I got really upset for them adding 9.000 dollars for things I did not ask for. So I felt screwed but did not do anything until they call me three weeks later and said there was a problem with The Vin # for finance to go through so made an appointment with Casy a female Sales Manager for February 21 st at 5pm.

Got there and she wasn’t, then get to another sales manager. They asked for the Keys to the Jeep and I said it’s at home and here’s the Vin # that I verified through my Insurance. Then I said there are problems with contract and want it fixed so they sat me down and told me the Vin # is verified but there’s a problem with Finance that I was turned down. I said you told me on Feb. 1st that I got the loan and I went home and three weeks later I’m not, He said that Tentative on loan approval so I said there’s 700 miles in it and I’m a smoker so now all you have is a used vehicle now he tells me to calm down and let’s work this out so I told him to take my 3.800.00 trade in from my 2000

Ford explorer Sport off the MSRP and do not want anything added then he tells me I’ll can give you 600 dollars trade in then I said this is Bullshit that Kelly Blue book says it’s worth 3500 dollars because it was garage kept then he says Kelly Blue Book doesn’t sell cars then my Wife stands up and says this is Bulls*** and left the office. Then I informed them that they are crooks and liars. All said and done they added 5000 dollars to the MSRP to the Vehicle out of thin air stole my trade in raised My Interest rate and is supposed to give me a check for 4000 dollars and I said get me the F@#k out of here

so now I have to Pick up the check on Feb. 25th if they don’t pull something again. They Lied about the Vin # do to the original Contract had the same VIN so it was a ploy to get the Keys out of my hands before they tell me the loan didn’t go through to Screw me More since my Explorer is long gone. I listened to other customers getting the same twisted lies told to them and manipulating numbers to confuse them. I will seek an Attourney when I get back from Vacation. How do these people sleep. They need to be shut down

When reading your report the first thing you should've never done is let them know that you loved the vehicle. When you show emotional attachment to something you want to buy the price always will stay high. 

Most of the time the financing department is where the trouble always starts. Let me explain in great detail. The sales person's job is to get you to find a vehicle that you're going to be emotionally attached to. Something you just can't wait to take home. many auto dealership sales people are what's called a green pea. 

They want to hire people that are new to the industry that way they can control them and pass out smaller pay vouchers and the sales people might not pick up on that. They are controlled people they have to be controlled in the managements eyes. They are limited to what they can do what they can say and sometimes they say stuff that's not true Just to get you to like them. You have to remember the sales person is not your friend they are not your buddy. You never buy from someone who you like That can in many cases bite you in the a*s.

When you go to the finance office This is a completely different world it's a completely different environment. The people behind the desk at many dealerships finance department not all I might add, Are trained by the best and they have the most experience to take more of your money. Many of them will sell anything on their desk to you to increase the profit. They will try to sell you a desert protection package, Maybe A security system for your car, Maybe credit life and disability, Maybe an extended warranty at three times the market value, Maybe paint protectant, Maybe GAP Insurance.

Also we have to talk about security cameras in the finance department. Mini dealership owners place hidden cameras in the finance department To secretly video record all transactions in the finance department. They do list to find out if the person behind the desk in the finance office has the ability to sell you everything. They placed video cameras in the finance department for several reasons one of the main reasons is because that office is the most profit making center in the dealership. And they want to know if they have a week puke sitting behind a desk that can't sell you crap, And they want to know this as soon as possible.

go to google and do a search on ( cameras capture F&I failings ) Look what pops up on the first page of Google what the very top read the article.

 

Finance managers are placed in that office because they have shown their ability to take more of the customers money. You can take anything a sales person tells you with a grain of salt. But when it comes to a finance manager it's time to do your homework before you get into that office.
