David Stockman, substitute trustee, hired by Recontrust, N.A.; executed and recorded a substitute trustee's deed without following the Texas statutory laws for a non-judicial foreclosure. David Stockman, in his capacity as the substitute trustee :
(1) Filed and executed a fraudulent substitute trustee's deed conveying property to Lender without auctioning property at foreclosure sale
(2) Filed and Posted an invalid "Notice of Sale"
(3) Filed and posted the "Notice of Sale' in Tarrant County, Texas and property was posted to be sold in Dallas County, Texas
(4) David Stockman was not present at the Courthouse to sell property as posted on "Notice of Sale" in Dallas County
(5) David Stockman executed and recorded Substitute Trustee's Deed in the Tarrant County Clerk's alledging he sold property in Dallas County
