I don't like giving bad reviews but these people are miserable and it seems as if there only goal is to make you just as miserable.  First their business plan is -

1) be nice until I get a signed contract and lie about everything in order to get a signed contract

2) after I get a signed contract don't be accessible in person or by phone - only use email and a texting service that hides my real telephone number

3) lie even if the truth is just as easy

4) when caught lying, lie again.

5) when caught lying again, blame a coworker and be truthful only when I have no other options

6) when I don't get what I want, bully and harass

7) hide invoices and delay sending invoices so that the homeowner thinks that their property management services are easy and cheaper than others

8) piss off renters as much as possible to increase turnover so I can collect more management fees 

9)  don't worry about pissing off renters because the renters can't sue the property manager - they will sue the homeowner who will have no idea about how crappy the property manager was until the homeowner gets a lawsuit from a renter and a judgment against him.

You know that stinky stuff on the bottom of your shoe when you step in a pile of dog stuff? They are worse than that. Run as fast as you can.
