This place is a s*** hole located in the middle of no where. He claims it’s the heart of OC but honestly it’s a dirty disgusting home that made my whole family sick from all the dust and spider webs. When we contacted David about his filthy place he laughed and responded that I guess it’s time for a cleaning! Just to name a few of the houses’s problems: 1. Misrepresentation of location. This place is on a major street with lots of outside noise and traffic. No oasis on site! 2. major construction going on next door that is loud and ALL day long. David had knowledge of construction according to other reviewers but withheld the information from us knowing our motive for this place was to rest and have some peace and quite time as a family. 3. Not a safe stay in the house given the house being on the main road and the side door with no lock. The door is tied with a rope! 4. The house is so dirty and smelled so bad that he had to use excessive amount of fabreeze and air freshener. To the point that you could not breath. 5. No curtains 6. Knowledge of the bathtub not working according to the other reviewers yet it wasn’t fixed 6 months after the last complaint. 7. Dirty kitchen amenities and filthy carpets according to other reviewers. 8. Last but not least, the house is full of dust and spider webs. My daughter who has allergies to dusk couldn’t sleep all night and the rest of the family got sick from the dust, mold and all the spider webs around the house. 9. There’s pet hair all over the furniture. And the sever case of mold is sensed all over the house. David is an extremely rude man who is misrepresenting his crappy home to make some extra cash. You’ll be better off staying at motel 6.
