i hope this will help other people! i had a few payday loans and i know i paid them off . well last year some one called me and said i owed and if i did not pay i would be arrested and i have 3 charges against me as of now. well i was nervous and paid them $1,500 they said that the loan was from 2 years ago,,

well to make a long story short:: i recived a call 3 months ago and it was the same people stating i owe money very thick accent and i again got nervous for i have alot going on medically with a family member and again i paid another $1,500. i was totaly shaken up by this. well...

well this week i recived 2 calls from 2 different people (1) Tony fox from davidmorgan &asscoiates then a DAN LEE who stated he was from national bank the first one said i have a loan out that was not paid from febuary 16th 2005 that i had to pay $874.00 or i would be arrested and charged for fraud and 2 other charges. i was so nervous he said he needed my attorneys number and name. i stated he was nuts and hung up. he repeatly called me and was very rude. now they call with a blocked number..

on the second call they wanted $2004.15 and again all the same message about the being arrested and charges also wanted a attorneys name ... all of these calls from day one sound like the same person and only change their names. all very heavy accents and very very rude. these calls have taken a toll on me and my family ..also they have my social security number all my personal information, including my debit card number which all will be changed today... please dont be a FOOL like i was lets all stop these jerks from ruining our lives
