David's Bridal of Vista, CA gave me two defective dresses after I paid full price for them. Vista California

David's Bridals delivered to me two defective dresses for which I paid full price, and then offered alterations or a 10% discount when they knew I was in a bind and needed the dresses for a wedding. After arguing with me that the dress was made that way, and trying to convince me it was alright, with an overlapping seam that looked like a second grader sewed it, they agreed to alter one of the defects. When I returned to the store to pick the dress  up, another defect was found in the hem line. They offered to alter it again.

They must be getting their dresses from China at cut rate pricing, or I can only speculate that they are buying seconds or defects and selling them as top shelf dresses at premium pricing.

The attitudes of the associates was caustic. They told me they would have to charge me for alterations for a dress that did not fit correctly, or the same when I ordered it. They told me not to worry, they would just order the next size. They then told me this dress does not come in the next size, but some more expensive ones do.

This store is a complete rip off and I will never shop there again.
