Davinci Virtual Office LLC Unsatisfied service and can not cancel the service Internet

I signed up on their website for a virtual office service. And then they started to charge me setup fee 150 and monthly fee 100 every month before they completed my form.

I tried to submit my form to the 3rd party website Davinci provided. But every time I failed. So I have to email them and let them make appointment for me. It took me 2 months to finished it.

Then I felt exhausted and tired of their unsatisfied service, and called them to cancel my contract. They totally changed a face. Said they can not handle this and will call me back. I kept calling them for 3 days and every time they said they would call me back, but no one called.

So I have to wrote an email to their support email address to ask them call me back. When I just signed up, they called me everyday to push me to submit my form but when I asked to cancel my service. No one called any more.

Finally this time someone called me, but at 7am in the morning! I told them all I want is cancel the contract but they asked me to pay 200 to end the contract.

When I signed up this, no one told me I can not cancel the contract.Can you image your phone was transferred from people to  people and everyone did not want to solve your problem, all they want is charging your money.

All I want is just to cancel my contract right now.

I'm lucky I found the truth so early, considering their terrible service, I would never use this in the future.
