My name is Javid L. Jenkins of Getting Better Fitness. I am the head trainer and Owner of this company. I recently hired Davion Matthews and his company, DMID Graphics, to update/upgrade my website, gbf4u.com. I have owned gbf4u.com for three years.

 

I found out that Mr. Matthews has registered my domain, gbf4u.com, under his company name. I have issued a dispute through your online system, and now I am attempting to find a way to expedite this matter.

 

Mr. Matthews has refused to update, correct, or complete the work he started on my site, despite receiving full payment for his services. He has also refused to return administrative rights for the domain gbf4u.com to me.

 

You are my only hope in regaining control of the domain name for my company, which I have spent the last 3 years branding. I have invested large amounts of money on business cards, t-shirts, water bottles, bags, towels, post cards, key chains, and banners with this domain name on it. 

 

In my web search I have found that Mr. Matthews has done this very same thing to a least 3 other people! He is a scam and fraud, he never follows up wiht clients, he will block clients on social media and he is very rude and un professional once he has recived you money.

 

Do not do business with this man, you will not be happy with the out come.
