I am a former Director of New Products with Davison. I left after almost a year, on my own terms and as one of the top performers. I was there in the beginning when there were about 10 to 20 directors, not 50.

This company is like the movie Boiler Room. They only care about getting the money in.

First you will send in your CA (Confidentiality Agreement). A director will then call you and change your idea into something that they feel will work, but they will make it look like it was your idea. (Remember these guys are trained very well)

After you send in your fee, (when I was there it was around $700) they will send you a book of stuff they printed off the internet. A 10 yr old could do this job.

Next you will be asked to pay around $10,000 for Davison to design and present your idea. The big thing they will say is that they design the idea within the company's manufacturing capabilities. THINK THINK THINK. Would a multi million dollar company give its manufacturing methods to a little company out of Pittsburgh that lost a 26,000,000 law suite to the FTC?

I have seen the Inventagration room. It is a bunch of high school drop outs taking apart products and putting them back together to make a POS product. The products that Davison claims to have made money on are paint ball products. The CEO of Davison was a professional paint ball player and his teammate owned the company that produced these products.

Everything and I mean EVERYTHING the directors say is scripted. All the speeches, counters to your objections, everything. They can give you all the information in the first call. The only reason it takes so long is for you to think they are actually doing something

You will lose your money. Don't waste your time.

P.S. When you talk to a Director on speaker phone there is about 5 to 10 other people in the room learning better ways to rip people off.
