Having read all of the material displayed here in the ripoff report we realize we have gone through exactly the same mill as all the other clients and have so far paid in excess of US6,000 dollars to Davison.

We were recently sent a licensing agreement relating to our company's invention which rang immediate alarm bells with our corporate department.

Up to this point we had given the junior execs the benefit of the doubt ( love America and all she stands for) so went along with their pleadings.

The agreement was put together by a person with the obvious mentality of a child or thief. We were to surrender everything to Davison and effectively go away.

So the alarm bells rang. I as CEO of our comapny was saddened by this, I foolishly believed that Americans who built and maintain the ethical code of this planet would surely stand by it.

We even offered to have our corporate lawyers redraft the agreement to a satisfactory level of business acumen.

We currently await another phone call from Davison to get convince us to sign the "contract" they have sent.

This company's intention is to politely ask for a refund of all monies paid, and if refused to visit their establishment (for the fourth time, yep - been there three times to meet those I was dealing through) with, I guess what Americans would call a writ?

In Australia we play fair and will give Davison a chance to come clean before moving in with guns blazing. Surely they know that it would be less expensive to refund what was paid as opposed to paying lawyers.

We wondered why Davison refused to issue any receipts for monies paid, would the US tax department (IRS?) have an interest in this?

If anyone at Davison reads this, fair warning to Sean J/Andrew C/Connie P/and of course to GM Davison III. (we will print the full names later in other reports if needed).

To any Pittsburgh law firm, we are a potential client, contact us and we will introduce you to our corporate law firm. You should see what US5750 buys you from Davison! (They call it a "virtual reality presentation")

So Davison, wop - the ball is in your court, what shall we do next??? Start paying lawyers or would you rather the easy way out??

Currently there is no lasting animosity from us, you have been caught out and if you do the honourable thing, the matter will not blow up in your face, if you do not, we can be a mighty adversary, and trust me you do not want me after you.
Once we have settled the issue to our satisfaction we will leave it at that.
We believe Davison cannot trade much longer and will die a natural death without us pulling the trigger.

Question: Can we sue Davison for the lost 18 months we have played their game?? We are serious about our product and have invested over US500,000 in its development and patenting worldwide BEFORE we were contacted by Davison, so for us, time has been wasted and this must be paid for.
Class action anyone??
