Day & Night towing Predatory towing Sylmar, Ca California

  I was in an authorized spot at my apartment complex for 30 minutes I come outside my car is gone I come to find out that it was towed by day and night over 13 miles from where I had been not only is it illegal to go past 10 miles but it is also illegal for you to tell a vehicle before one hour I had to get a ride in the Milva night - once I got there I asked them to please release my car to me that I was not authorized but I had the least to prove that this is an authorized parking spot even though there was no notices anywhere near my parking spot to which I just moved to and the manager at my complex had told me this was my parking spot - The man barely could speak English and told me that he could not waive the fee or discounted because the security guard at the apartment complex is in on their predatory towing and they have to pay him off a cut in that in order for me to get my vehicle back I had to pay at the at the time they told me that I had to punch in my pin number for the credit card transaction which I refused Not only have ignored my request they have also ignored the Better Business Bureau and my bank for the last four months
