Dazadi, Inc Do not stand behind products Santa Clara California

About 18 months ago, I ordered a net for behind my son's basketball hoop (stops ball from rolling down a hill, etc).  Despite taking the net down during the winter in an effort to preserve it, two of the critical parts that holds the net to the backboard rusted and broke, rendering it ineffective.  When I contacted Dazadi to get a replacement part (part couldn't have cost more than $1 or so), they told me I could not get replacement parts.  When I offered to even pay for the parts (and shipping), despite the fact that they should stand behind their product, they told me they could not sell replacement parts.

I am now stuck with a $100 product that is useless, all because of a coulple of faulty parts.
