I purchased the DazzleWhite product which was advertised on the Kid Kraddick radio hosts website site. Thought it would be something to try. I received the product which looked like the tube whiting gel that you can buy at the local stores. I tried it and didn't see any results. I wanted to return it during the free trial period. So I went to find the information. That was almost impossible. Finally, I found it. Canceled the order online then I had to ship the item back and had to call customer service to get the address. Took 30+ minutes to get through to an operator that is in a call center that doesn't know anything about the company just a mailing address. The rep. gave me an address of: PO Box 10233 Des Moines, IA 50381 by the way the number to cancel is 866-989-2686.
So I mailed the item and PAID extra for a signature. By this time they have already charged me the full price of the item $59.95. It took several weeks later for my refund to be applied back to my credit card. Now you would think that was the end. No, now I'm getting charged $7.01 monthly from EZYKIT (WHICH IS REALLY DAZZLEWHITE). So here goes again trying to get my money back. SO IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED OR DID THE TRIAL TEST OF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS:

VIBRANT WHITENING,
EASY WHITE;
DAZZLE WHITE;
DAZZLE WHITE PRO;
DAZZLE SMILE

PLEASE CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT STATEMENTS. IF YOU SEE EZYKIT THAT IS ONE OF THE ABOVE GROUPS CHARGING YOU A MONTH FEE HOPING THAT YOU WON'T SEE IT.
I DIDN'T KNOW THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN WHEN I DID A FREE TRIAL. BEST NOT TO TRY PRODUCTS THAT REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD OR BANK INFORMATION. I WILL BE CANCELLING MY CARD RIGHT AWAY. THAT'S THE BEST WAY NOT TO GET CHARGED IN THE FUTURE.

Dazzlewhite still ripping people off

You will be charged for 2 extra charges they claim were in the TOS . I've learned the hard way to read the TOS in full. They claim that I was noitified through this document when I found a charge on my card for a weight loss program and she said there was another although they had not charged yet. One was from Cyprus and I'm sure the other will be as well since the number they gave me to cancel the second weightloss program I ostensibly signed up for had the exact same music voice over for waiting period to cancel the product. They claimed I was sent emails to have access to these websites and e-books which I did not receive If you have cancelled your dazzlewhite order successfully or nor I woud urge you to call thee numbers and save your self some stolen money.

and 1-866-417-6059 for the other one weightloss something or other I cancelled before they charged me but I won't be surprised to see a charge quite soon. I have my cancellation numbers for both so any further charges will be dealt with to the fullest extent of my ability at least. If nothing else I'll curse them until a fly wouldn't lie on them. I'm looking at the dazzlewhite website right now and there is nothing mentioned about these programs. Big surprise. You may not be trying to inconvenience anyone but you are and you are helping them to steal people's money. I would also advise that if you return within the 10 days (I did), send it 2 day priority with confirmation of receipt I'd rather pay 5 dollars than 100 anyday. Also the charge was $4.95 not $1.99 like the ad states and I only ordered one of the two products. How does one resolve saying you can whiten your teeth for under five dollars and then automatically charge you almost 80 USD monthly? I would classify that as a bold faced lie. Empty your tubes into something clean and air tight before you send them back(you paid for it, keep it) or at least mark the tip with indelible ink so they can't send a used bottle to someone else. check out internet purchases very carefully before you buy There's a little program called WOT that will warn you to many untrustworthy, sites just google it. It will warn you you are about to enter a disreputable site and you can also give the site a rating if you find it to be questionable. If we don't fight back they'll continue to do this so I would recommend using the program it works with IE, firefox, and others I'm sure
(((Redacted)))they have rated over 24million websites so far and have warned me off many potentially bad sites. The US accounts for the second most rated sites near and middle east is tops in rated sites (Mediterranean...Cyprus?).
It's also free. It's nice to see people getting involved.
