This company is an umbrella corp. with other companies that debt money on a monthly basis from my account with diffrent names and phone numbers. It all started when my 12 year old daughter ordered a FREE trial of a teeth brightner and then after cancelation I noticed multi monthly debts I have called to cancel every month a diffrent company name and each month a dffrent company name show a debt. small around 8$. Almost non-deceted and almost not worth the effort- or so they think -I plan to take the effort to do something about this, they are ripping off ton of people.. This has to be illegal---HELP

Enough with the canned responses, fake names, and BS concerns. No, you're not getting in the last word here; neither are you going to manipulate Google's search engines with your scam and fake responses. DazzleSmile, you have been exposed for the scam that you are.

See below: MSNBC did a report on companies like DazzleSmile, et al. Here's the link:

The article reports that companies like DazzleSmile and Beverly Hills Smile are part of a growing internet scam called the fakeosphere. As Sullivan points out, it's the latest internet scam posing as legitimate news and opinion on products when in fact it's all company generated, designed to deceive consumers. The FTC is currently investigating.

The U.S. Senate is now investigating scammers like DazzleSmile, BeverlyHills Smile, etc. Here's a link to the AP report:

IMPORTANT: This company DazzleSmile survives because it expends alot of resource trying to game the Google search engine. Their canned responses to complaints all over the internet are just one example of this. Scam

I highley suggest filing a complaint with the FBI and The internet Crimes devision IC3 Unit. These people are commiting fraud in my opinion, the FBI will most likely shut down all their sites and if they feel the company has defrauded people they will arrest the criminal who is responsible for this scam. I believe that Smile Brite, Sparkle White and Dazzle White are all the same company because the same person responds to these reports for all tree company's with the same generic rebuttal. I also suggest that Ripoff report.com and the victims use the copy of the rebuttal as evidence since all three companies instruct the customer to open and use the product for trial, but in the response instructs the customer they will refund the money if the send it back unused.
