I am not sure how to begin. I saw this mom talking about how to get a free bottle of this awesome teeth whitening stuff. I thought this would be awesome for me to try it out for free. I really thought it was free and then you could decide if you wanted to buy more. WRONG!!!!

Why are all the Rebuttals the same canned responses? I had to change my credit card information, spent hours and hours to get the money back and I still think I did not get two of the charges that are supposidly form some other companies. I doubt it. I had to change my name on this website and do not trust Dazzle White and all the other names that are associated with it. I predict these numbers of responses to the problems to increase over the next twelve months. FREE TRIAL need to be actually FREE.... and then give the opportunity to make a decision to continue or discontinue. They should not lead to changing card numbers, going to the bank, calling dazzle white several times, emailing them, and finally getting money back after months. 15 days is just enough time to not get a refund. If you cannot actually get a FREE TRIAL is it FREE?
