DBA Vacations, I.R.R, Vacations Inc. LIES, RUDE Fern Park Florida

This company had been faxing vacation package promotions to my place of employment for a while when one day a co-worker and I decided to give them a call. The rep- "Lola Flores" gave us all the details and even a website (www.cancunbestfares.com) to check out highlighting the different hotels/resorts and vacation locations I could choose from.

The next day, which was a Friday, I booked a trip for Cancun. Before the weekend was over I started having a funny feeling about this place. I tried looking back on the website I was given and it was no longer working. I then did some research online and saw all of the bad reports on this site.

This company has about three different names. They charged my credit card as DBA Vacation. The confirmation email I was sent had Vacations Inc. and the letter I received with the generic vacation package materials had I.R.R listed as their name. The package material also had info. that was different from what I was told by phone.

I will be filing a fraud complaint with my credit card company and I emailed one of the hotels this company is suposedly affiliated with to see if they even do business with them (I am still waiting for a response)
