This people are scammers. I did business with them in 2009 and 2010. I did not order anything from them since then. The last communication I had with them was in October 2011 and did not order anything. They say I did. NO WAY! They charged my debit card twice $147. I called them for a refund. I only got an evasive email reply. We are now end of May 2012. Since they had my debit card, they charged and I could not get the debit card to get me the refund. They did not do anything. Supposedly the created links to my web sites. I did not see any links! Total lie. Today they tried with Pay Pal. Don't do any business with Marvin Jones of DBD Results / DBD Firm in Arizona. Suppossedly Marvin Jones is an attorney. I don't know about this, but he is a scammer for sure. Suppossedly they do inbound links. I did a link search search for each of my web sites. I only found a few links, created in 2009, from some junk sites Marvin Jones DBD Firm DBD Results seem to own. Nothing for the other web sites he claims he did links for. On top of that, Google no longer counts links from junk sites such as what Marvin Jones DBD Firm DBD Results seems to own. So even if he actually does the job, it counts for nothing since Google change its algorithm a few months ago. Do your own reaserch to comfirm this. To recap. I did business with DBD Firm DBD Results Marvin Jones Esq a long time ago. Did not order new services. Suddenly they started charging. They evaded me. Did not get refund. I researched, they did not do the work again. Despite my complaints and "cancellation"(for what I did not order) the charged me again. NOT GOOD (to say the least) DBD Firm DBD Results Marvin Jones Esq are scammers.

I wrote the above complaint because I was mad with DBD Firm. I did not feel they handled my case fast enough. My situation has been taken care of in a very professional manner.
I do not believe they are scammers. If I thought they were scammers, I would have never contacted them a second time. I have since found out that DBD works with hundreds of businesses in over 14 countries and I do not discourage any business from working with or doing business with DBD Firm.
Marvin Jones is a lawyer as seen here in http://members.calbar.ca.gov/fal/member/detail/225438 with no disciplinary or adverse actions and was an excellent resource to my company.
DBD Firm does a fantastic job for the majority of its clients. I was just upset and for that I apologize
