Dbell Inc Sent back defective camera and never got refund Ontario

Purchased the Dbell HD video camera but it was defective.  At night the motion sensitive would go off every minute.  To stop this you had to set the sensitiviy at the lowest level but at this level someone had to be one inch away from the camera to capture motion.  This was worthless.   Took two weeks of phone calls and email to convince the company to give me a RMA.   Sent camera back 3 months ago and they received it as I have the tracking but never got a refund. A complaint was filed with Paypal and I was told if they don't give the refund Paypal will kick them off their system.   Good ridance, companies like this don't deserver your business.  They are a sham and their cameras are junk
