DC CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT Not paying OUT money paid in DC

 As a parent that receive cs, i expect the payments to sent out in a timely manner. I know the money is being paid, because their father has it deducted out his payroll. Meaning he has no control. So this means the money is being paid, but it's not being received when paid. I get sporadic payments. I call child support enforcement, i always speak with the initial customer service person. She then trys to send me two a case worker that i have no idea who she is, because they switched worker and didn't notify of any changes. I leave messages.....NEVER NEVER NEVER do i get a return call. Funny to me is, if i was receiving assistance, they would be on it and wouldn't miss a beat. But i DON'T receive assistance and they dont ensureall paymentsare made in the manner that it should. BECAUSEi if it's being received on his end in the manner it's suppose to. It should be issued to the other parent in the same way its collected. They need to tighten up.....its really RIDICULOUS.
