DCF FLorida Seminole Co Home Wreckers Sanford Florida

I came accross several reports on DCF in Seminole Co Florida so I decided to post my complaint as well in hopes that someone will read it and be able to direct me to help with this matter.  DCF took my child into protective custody 7 mmonths ago due to an argument.  They break court orders with no concequence. They continue to play games and lie to me regarding appointment times and locations of services required by their department.  They continually lie in court and nothing happens to them.  The actual petition against me is all hear say and they composed one hell of a story against me which again stimmed from an argument with ny boyfriend who didn't live in the home with me and my child.  My child has been neglected in the care of the state being shuffeled from place to place home to home and school to school.  She is on her 6th placfement in 7 months and transferred atleast twice in two different school disctricts.  She was not being given proper clothing and hygene products in one of the homes coming to scheduled visits in clothing and shoes that were"donated" to her which were to small.  She also aquired headlice in their care.  Again the DCF worker lied in court saying she didn't have this issue and they checked her head.. but turns out when taken to a medical dr it was confirmed she did have lice.  There has been continuance after continuance and because I do not have alot of money just laying around to pay a lawyer i have been dealing with court appointed which have not worked on any sort of defense for my case or the return of my daughter.  I was ordered to take an assessment for domestic violence counseling turns out the therapist told me she didn't consider me a victum or a battered wife and recommended no further counseling.  After speaking with DCF she recanted and changed her recommendations based off the petition against me from DCF and not on the assessment ordered in court.  I amd my child continue to play the games DCF is playing trying to get her home.  She is not acting the same appears to be under alot of stress and depression, is failing in school, and very unstable conditions.  Who is it that you make complaints to against DCF and how to find someone to fight these people who have wrongfully taken my child hostage because i was victim to a domestic violence crime?  How can I get my child returned?  Who can stop DCF?
