DCFS State of Louisiana LEGALLY KIDNAPPING CHILDREN by Utilizing ILLEGAL MEANS. WHERE is JUSTICE for FAMILIES that are victimized by the SYSTEM Shreveport Louisiana

PARENTS PLEASE BE AWARE OF SOCIAL SERVICES

Formerly, my understanding of DCFS/ CPS was they were in the business of PROTECTING CHILDREN.

My family has been victimized by the state. We have learned first hand that this agency is in the business of making money. In 1996, the Clinton Administration passed an adoption incentive bill. This bill allows federal money to be given to states that have chldren in DCFS custody.  

It is my opinion, this bill allows states to steal from the federal government. 

I will provide more information in regards to the inital allegations and allegations that surfaced in court, Also the allegations were false. Futhermore, the allegations were never "founded" - evidentary hearing and there was not a guilty verdict.

While my children were in custody with DCFS, my six year old received his first black eye; the judge removed him from that placement when she seen him. In the next home, he was gang jumped and raped and lived in a unsanitary environment. The CASA worker; who replaced the previous one because of conflict of interest (her 10 year old son and my ten year old son shared the same class; My child placed 2nd in the Science Fair), REPORTED THE INCIDENT. An investigation took place and they were sent a letter saying claim not valid. 

Judges order my children back to me (DCFS, ignored rulings because of the way the minutes reflected) They retaliated on me and my children. 

FINALLY, my youngest son who has a seizure disorder and tumor (size of lemon) did not receive medical treatment. When I took him to the hospital to get him back on his medication and an emergency appointment with the nurosurgeon and nurologist.

THE HOSPITAL DID THERE JOB. They are mandated reporters and had to report the one year lapse in treatment to CPS.  CPS came to my home because of medical negliance against me (THIS TIME I LEARNED and armed with a TAPE RECORDER). However, he was in DCFS custody at the time. She looked at my paperwork, court records were confirmed. And that was that,

My oldest son, also had medical services delayed during the transfer of cutody. Which has caused him issues beyond repair. I have a supervisor on the recorder admitting to the delay of services and misjustice of the case.

PLEASE BE AWARE. DO NOT THINK THE TRUTH WILL SET YOUR FAMILY FREE AND JUSTICE WILL PREVAIL. RECORD ALL CONVERSATIONS. CASEWORKERS LIE. HIRE AN ATTORNEY IN THE BEGINNING.
