DCM Financial Services Inc. Individual-Amy Parker they took my money they said they would refunded but never did Staten Island New York

The company DCM Financial Service Inc. and (approved) me for a loan in Canada. They called me said I had to put a ("Depository") which are insured by the Federal Depost Insurance Deposit Funds("FDIC")so in did once the money was western union within 2 days later I get a call from the Parker and she states a second lender looks at my app and denied me but if I deposit more money in they will appove me. I told Parker I can't at this time I barley came up with the money that I did I. She stated the money was refundable. I called everyday for weeks she would never call me back. Caught her a few times in the office Parker would say they have 30days to refund the money back. Have been calling every week same answer if she heard anything on the refund she would say it has to come from Canada. Have been calling now number I have been calling says the number you have called has to be activated please call customer service had hang up.
