In 14 years of business I have never been involved with such a dishonest person, there is not one word of truth to his "report" it is full of outright lies , and fantasy! In fact I challenge him to show any evidance supporting any threat of physical violence, or verbal for that matter or any contract that he claims he had with me for 15000.Iin fact It was just the opposite, he would text me the most abusive things IE; name calling etc. at all hours of the night (ask my wife) . Fortunately I saved many screen shots showing the entire conversations.

This all started when he became enraged after I asked him for a repot of the spend for my internet campaign, I wanted to see how much was going to the actual campaign and to what key words. He took offense and expressed he no longer wanted to run my google ads and was stopping it. this was the 3rd time in a month he had blown up at me. at that point it had got to difficult to continue business with him so I accepted his resignation.

Well that was a bad move , because he immediately stole all of my website content ,that I had paid him $2000 for him to build in July of last year. Fortunately we did have a contract for that transaction (I have copy)which clearly stated client owns all content and domain!

Well , he didn't care he threatened if I wanted to have my content back , I would have to pay $15000 for three months Adwords ,campaign that we never agreed on . When I refused it quickly went to $2500, then $1750. ( I have screen shots of all of these texts). I told him I was not going to pay him one dime. He said he needed the money for his family vacation.( yes, I'm serious) . He reluctantly gave me my login info and I hired my office it guy secure it before he could change his mind.

There is so much more to this but that is the jest of it.  The only truth to his claim is that we indeed did do business together . In fact just since  March 2015, I have paid him nearly $7000. ( all on my Amex , yes I have statements) and I have not even received one water damage from his work, aside from a previous customer who clicked that link.

On two occastions he charged my card WITHOUT my authorization too the tune of $600. Yes I had to cancel both cards. Now I have to deal with this fake report. Dealing with Jason Cox with Smartcents media has been the worst experience in my 14 years of business. Jason Cox of Smartcents media is not smart and you will have nothing left in your pocket after hiring his company except cents. I have tried to run a honest business for the last 14 years and truly hiring Jason Cox was the worst descion so far. I am not the type to speak bad of anyone , I feel bad for Jason somewhat because I think his problems go deeper then just bad business. Sincerely , James
